Becca -

This is what I love about the work that we do in this community! You are 100% correct, and I am sorry that this pushes buttons for you.

I work primarily with children and supporting parents of children with ADHD. This is the reason why the focus is on children.

The material absolutely applies to people of all ages - and is NOT exclusive to children and learning style.

You are correct in adding that people should ask questions about what classes worked well, and in what learning environments provide for the most success.

These are excellent coaching questions, and things I get into more detail on with my personal clients.

The article is just an overview of information that I shared on a specific topic, with a specific focus.

I am glad you raised awareness and expanded on my thoughts!

Thanks for commenting, and no need to apologize really. I just wanted to take the opportunity to point out that this is about all of us, not just kids... I think the community tends too much towards parenting and forgets not only that grownups are affected, but that our self-understanding is crucial as parents as well.
Meanwhile- I'm glad you put the overview out there.
