I'm having a lot of trouble reading the the small type here. I'd love to read more. Is there a way for me to change the type from my computer?

Roxanne, Thanks for letting me know. I had never looked at the typeface settings for this blog. I've just tried a larger one- it may end up too big, but let me know if it helps.
You should also be able to change the type size in your browser; there's usually a setting like 'text size' or 'zoom'. A final option is to subscribe to have my posts emailed to you, and then they look like the text in your regular emails. Happy reading!

Becca, the teleseminar was revelatory- now I realize I'm not the unique freak I usually thought I was, even among other ADDers. Like you, I think so fast that I end up in a brain-melt; often, it's like the mental train is trying to run on all possible rails at once. I think (!) this is why I love things like music-making, cycling, and yoga, because they all induce bodily engagement and a healthy 'flow' state. Have you tried yoga or other exercise as a means of cooling off the mental furnace? I'm going to start using it more intentionally that way. Again, the seminar was wonderful, and helped me to accept and forgive myself.
