sometimes we are trigger to do the things we want..

This is a huge challenge I have, too. But I haven't adapted and can't seem to work unless I have a big chunk and also hyperfocus on a task. Often I waste a 'chunk' because it was unplanned/unknown and other times because I'm feeling like the break is my first/only break and I don't want to 'work". but I dont use the time for something fulfilling either. I need to find a remedy for this (hoping to find an occasional sitter to help schedule some time...)
